1. What is the host medium in SBO Critters?
The host medium is a phytoplankton substrate used in the product to feed and nourish the friendly bacteria. Although there may be some benefits to humans, its’ sole purpose is to support the life of the organisms while they are in the dormant stage.
2. What kind of capsules do you use?

3. Is it certified kosher?
SBO Critters is a natural whole food supplement, it has not been certified kosher.
4. Does it have wheat, soy, dairy, yeast, egg, or any other additives?
No.
5. Why do you recommend to continue taking them for life, don't they reproduce?
The SBO’s in SBO Critters are non-endogenous and transient, after approximately 72 hours of being off of the product they migrate out of the body. And, because of our lifestyle…coffee, alcohol, poor eating habits, etc. SBO Critters is recommended to maintain a healthy balance.
6. Why is it so expensive?
SBO Critters is a custom blend of non-toxic friendly bacteria that require months to culture and harvest. It’s a “one of a kind” formula and the microorganisms are not found in abundance in nature.
7. What is the shelf life?
Although SBO Critters is very hardy and does not require a shelf, we recommend discarding the product after 5 years.
8. Since SBO Critters kills unfriendly bacteria, should I take it while I am on an antibiotic or would I just be wasting my money?
Naturally some benefits would be lost, but it does not interfere with the antibiotic and some people prefer to have the added benefits.
9. Can I take it during pregnancy and nursing?
Unless you have been on the product for a minimum of 6 months prior to getting pregnant, it is not recommended that you take SBO Critters until you stop nursing.
10. Do I need additional digestive enzyme supplements while taking SBO Critters?
That would be something for you to decide, but we have had many of our customers discontinue taking enzymes once they have been on the product for a few weeks.
11. Will an occasional alcoholic drink or coffee kill all of the friendly flora?
No.
12. Does chlorinated/fluorinated water destroy the bacteria?
We recommend bottled, non-chlorinated water or filtered water because chlorinated water does kill bacteria.
13. Will it interfere with other medications?
It will generally not interfere with any medications but we recommend that you consult your physician.
14. Does it help fight an infection anywhere in the body or only in the digestive tract?
Initially, Nature’s Biotic helps support the digestive system and naturally as balance is restored, there is a systemic benefit throughout the body as it seeks to support the body where needed.
15. Why does it have to be taken 30 minutes before a meal?
Does it still work if I take it with a meal? It is best taken before a meal because the food transports the bacteria farther down the tract so the product works faster, but is not critical when you take it. Most importantly, do take it daily.
16. Can I take 3 at one time per day and get same results as 1 before 3 meals?
You can take all three at once but it is time released so it would be better to space them.
17. Can I take 6 capsules right away or is it best to work up gradually as recommended?
Because of the detoxification benefits of the product, it is recommended that you follow the directions on the bottle.
18. What are the possible "side effects" of detoxification and how long will they last?
It is not like a drug...your personal responses are based on the condition of the body. If you are constipated or have diarrhea, you may experience increased constipation or diarrhea as the product begins to work. If you experience this, just reduce your dosage until you feel you have moved through it. Then proceed with adding more capsules per day and directed. If you have ever had a virus, you may experience a mild response related to that virus as Nature's Biotics aids the body to rid itself of the virus permanently.
19. Does it help you lose weight?
It is not designed as a weight loss product. It does allow your body to function more effortlessly and efficiently, and as the body rids itself of built up decay in the intestinal system you may notice a slight reduction in your weight.
20. How does it kill parasites?
Through competitive exclusion, like survival of the fittest. The SBO’s actually surround the pathogens and strangles them.
21. Is this something a cancer patient might consider taking?
Yes.
22. Should someone see a good result if they have yeast infections, candida, fungi, etc?
Yes.
23. Why does it cause constipation?
Because constipation is a result of unfriendly bacteria in the intestinal tract, adding SBO Critters is like opening a theatre door and yelling fire...everyone is trying to get out at the same time. To ease the effects of the friendly verses unfriendly bacteria fighting for survival, we recommend taking one Aloe PURE capsule for 2 to 4 days before starting the Natures Biotics.
24. Does shipping in summer heat kill them?
No loss of viability will be sustained unless you expose the product for long periods of time to extreme conditions of temperatures over 160 degrees.
25. Will x-ray machines in airports kill them?
No…the SBO Critters SBO’s are very hearty organisms unlike most typical Probiotics which require refrigeration.
26. Do you recommend SBO Critters for children? Yes, a child can take the adult product by age 5.
